FILL - Conduit Fill Calculator

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FILL ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

FILL is a conduit fill calculator based on NEC 2023 Chapter 9 tables. The App provides forward and reverse conduit fill calculations for electrical conduit sizing.

Disclaimer: Not a Substitute for Professional Judgment

The App is a reference tool only. Calculations are based on NEC 2023 Chapter 9, Tables 1, 4, and 5 and are provided for informational purposes.

  • The App does not replace the National Electrical Code, local codes, or professional engineering judgment.
  • Users are responsible for verifying all calculations against the published NEC tables and applicable local codes before use in any installation.
  • The App does not account for derating factors, ambient temperature corrections, or conductor bundling adjustments beyond the standard Chapter 9 fill percentages.
  • Always consult the current edition of the NEC and your local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for final compliance determinations.

  • The Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription or recurring charge.
  • Refund requests must be directed to Apple, not to the developer.
  • You may restore your purchase on any device signed into the same Apple ID.

The App, including its design, code, and content, is the property of James McKinney. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY OF CALCULATIONS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL JAMES MCKINNEY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM INCORRECT CALCULATIONS, FAILED INSPECTIONS, OR CODE VIOLATIONS.

You use this App at your own risk. Always verify calculations independently before relying on them for electrical installations.

Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice. Your right to use the App terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which the developer resides.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
