Overview

RentalFlow ("the App") is developed by JPM Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Shopify app.

Information We Collect

When you install RentalFlow, we access certain Shopify store data necessary to provide the service, including:

• Product and inventory data (to manage rental availability)
• Order data (to track rental bookings and returns)
• Store settings (to configure the app)

We do not collect personal information from your customers beyond what is necessary for rental order management through Shopify.

How We Use Information

Store data accessed through the Shopify API is used solely to provide rental management functionality. We do not sell, share, or use your store data for advertising or any purpose unrelated to the App's functionality.

Data Storage

Rental configuration and booking data is stored securely and associated with your Shopify store. When you uninstall the App, your data is deleted.

Third-Party Services

The App operates within the Shopify platform and uses Shopify's APIs. Shopify's own privacy policies govern data handled by their platform. The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Children's Privacy

The App is a business tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
