Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using RentalFlow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

RentalFlow is a Shopify app designed to help merchants manage rental inventory, bookings, and product availability. It is intended for use by Shopify store owners and authorized staff.

Shopify Platform

The App operates within the Shopify platform and is subject to Shopify's own terms of service and API terms. You must have an active Shopify store to use the App.

Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by JPM Inc and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. JPM Inc does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JPM Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost bookings, or business interruption.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
