By using takt., you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's cool. Just don't use the app.

What takt. is

takt. is a Pomodoro timer app that helps you focus. All your data stays on your device.

No account needed

There's no account to manage. The app works entirely offline and locally on your phone.

Your data

Your focus sessions, settings, and analytics are stored only on your device. We don't have access to any of it.

Don't be a jerk

• Don't try to reverse engineer or break the app
• Don't use takt. for anything illegal

That's about it. It's a timer app.

Purchases

takt. is currently free. If we add purchases in the future, they'll be handled through Apple's App Store. Any subscriptions would auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage subscriptions in your App Store settings. Refunds go through Apple.

No guarantees

takt. is provided "as is." I do my best to keep it working well, but I can't promise it'll be perfect or always available.

Limits on liability

I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using takt. This is standard legal stuff.

Changes

These terms might change. If they do, I'll update them here. Keep using the app after changes means you accept them.
