What the app is
Cart Alarm watches Add to Cart activity on your Shopify storefront and emails you when it looks broken. It works on storefronts that add to cart through a standard product form.
Alerts are a help, not a guarantee
Cart Alarm judges from the signals it can see. It can miss a real problem, and it can raise an alert when nothing is wrong. It doesn't watch the cart, checkout, or payments. Keep checking your own store, and don't rely on Cart Alarm as your only safeguard.
Acceptable use
Use the app only on stores you own or run. Don't try to disrupt it, send it false data, or access another store's information.
Billing
Cart Alarm is a paid app. The subscription is billed by Shopify and appears on your Shopify invoice. A free trial applies as shown on the plan page at the time you subscribe. Prices may change, and we will give notice in the app before a change takes effect.
Cancelling
Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin to cancel. Shopify stops the subscription at that point. Shopify handles refunds under its own rules.
Availability
We aim to keep the app running, but it depends on Shopify and on hosting providers. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and there may be interruptions or maintenance.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, JPM Inc is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost revenue, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Cart Alarm, including a problem the app did not detect or an alert that proved false. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending access
We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if the app is withdrawn. If we withdraw the app, we will give reasonable notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
